Community Open Mic at the Gardiner Library

  • The goal of the open mic is to encourage artistic exploration; the host and audience will be welcoming, supportive, and consistently respectful. Unless explicitly breaking the hate speech guidelines, no one will be discouraged from performing on a specific subject or with a certain style.

  • Participants may perform a work that they’ve composed or share something by another artist. Examples include a song, a poem, a short story, a dialogue, or a stand-up routine.

  • Participants will have a maximum of five minutes. All ages and levels of experience welcome.
