Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that flow together. With variations of Sun Salutations, balancing, standing, and seated postures, this practice will challenge you to find progress beyond your physical and mental edge. You can expect the opportunity to leanr more advanced poses than you might find in an Intro Hatha class.
This class is suggested for those who have a basic foundation of the practice and are interested in exploring a more movement-oriented class building strength, endurance, and strong focus. All students are welcome as safe modifications, instructions, and demonstrations are always provided or available.
