Sunday Movement Circle

Join us for our first Sunday Movement Circle at La Capella. We will start with a combination of breathwork and mindful movement, before settling into journal prompts and written self-expression. There will be time to share our writing and thoughts with other members of the circle before its closing.

 Please wear comfortable clothes and come prepared with a notebook & pen, as well as a yoga mat, meditation cushion, or anything else to help you sit comfortably and be present. 

 A Note About the Space: 
La Cappella de Nuestra Señora Maria del Camino is a non-denominational, devotional chapel whose ongoing mission is to provide gallery and event space for artists.
