Yoga in the Park

All Levels Yoga

A one-hour movement practice with a focus on breath and body awareness. Build strength, flexibility, and presence. Grow taller and breathe deeper.

All levels, bodies, and humans welcome.

Practices are based on hatha yoga and mindfulness meditation.

Meets weekly in Lafayette Park Mondays, 6 - 7 pm.

Look for us near the Nicolet St entrance, away from the sports fields, beneath the large tree between The Pavillion and Lafayette Towers East.
